CBA Loop
Loop is the new digital service from CBA designed to help young customers to control their finance and manage their credits without the need of visiting traditional bank branches.
The Project
Snapp was asked to lead the project to build Loop smartphone apps on iOS and Android.
User Interface
Simple navigation
A new tab bar replaces the previous dashboard navigation narrowing down the core-sections to five entry points, all accessible at a thumb reach.
The top bar expands in the Home screen showing personalised messages for the user.
Conversational approach
From onboarding to every-day actions, suggestions guide the user through the app to help them complete their task.
Live notifications and a help service are directly accessible in the top bar.
Spending overview
In the Analyse and Growth sections, several widgets help users manage their finance, from checking the cash-flow to investing and setting personal goals.
