HP Sure Supply

The HP SureSupply mobile app allows you to order printer ink and toner directly from your mobile device. The app can automatically monitor ink levels, and when cartridges run low you can order replacement cartridges from HP or other major retail stores.
The Project
We were brought in by the design agency which defined the HP Sure Supply mobile experience and asked to bring our deep knowledge of Android to the project in order to lead the technical implementation.
As part of the implementation we built the core printer discovery and device recognition features, on top of which we created the set-up UI flows.
Finally, we were asked to advise on supporting many device screen sizes and densities as the app was rolled-out to include tablet support.
