Why Table Planner?

Seating plans can be quite challenging to put together.

Table Planner lets you easily play around with table positioning and arrange guests to get the perfect match for your event.

The app uses drag and drop as the core interaction to move elements within the interface and it’s specifically optimised for larger screen devices such as the iPad.

The Table Planner event view is split in 3 main sections: Tags, Guests and Event floor.

How Table Planner works

Easy guests import

Table planner makes the most of the native iOS drag&drop and Multitasking features.
It’s possible to create new guests manually or drag them from Contacts or any other compatible app in the dock.

Drag, drop and play around

The interface is designed to give you the maximum freedom while planning an event.
Each guest can be moved from the list onto a table or onto a tag to mark them with a specific label.

Invite and collaborate

Using the sharing option, you can invite friends to collaborate for a specific event.
When collaborating, the view shows live updates of the changes made to the plan.
