From what I’ve seen on the usual movie portals, this one is a bit controversial. A lot of people seem to like it and call it great, because it’s authentic. I personally can’t really say a lot of good things about it. It tells the story of a young man, who meets a woman on a Tinder date. Through some random event they become fugitives and flee across the US towards the southern border. This turns the whole thing into a long-winded roadmovie thats occasionally interrupted by rather random scenes. The relationship between them develops due to the dire circumstances they fit themselves in. And in the end you really don’t get what kind of message they had in mind when they created this movie. If it sends one at all, it’s a pretty weird one. I can’t recommend it.
