Having worked with some Australian and US wineries, we were inspired to build a perfect customer journey for retailers selling alcohol, especially for brands with stationary stores. We wanted to take advantage of all the features that are only possible with a complete unified commerce experience.
Our goal was to design a smooth purchase and pickup process and offer a complete experience for customers to learn, discover and order alcohol online, pick it up and pay in store along with their regular shopping.
