The Mr. Lester minifigure was released in 2017 as part of the promotional set and ONLY available at the Leicester Square store in London, UK. Bizarro is a rare minifigure who appears in LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes. Bizarro was created by Lex Luthor as a clone of Superman, but he turned out to be stupid and childish.
