When you’ve got your View kit for iced recipes in the house, you’re guaranteed a flawless Nespresso beverage anytime. The calibrated tray produces perfect, 30-gram ice cubes and the two View glasses with their custom silicone covers are the perfect shakers for making a Caffé Shakerato (see instructions page 82). They’ll make a great iced coffee, too: just put three large ice cubes (90 g) in the bottom of the glass, extract your favourite coffee (in 40 ml), pour the coffee over the ice and add 90 ml of water or cold frothed milk.
