Soar Robotics Launches on Republic
For the past couple of months, we have been hard at work to launch our fundraising campaign on Republic.
Republic is an equity crowdfunding platform that leverages the 2016 JOBS Act, allowing a majority of the US population to invest in startups for the very first time. Republic is SEC-registered and FINRA-licensed, as well as part of a family of startup platforms together with AngelList and Product Hunt — one of the most trusted online startup ecosystems in the world.
As of September 11th, we have reached our minimum goal of $25,000 in a very short time and aspiring to expand our growth further to meet our goals for our pre-seed round.
