Mix this up for a refreshing and spicy cocktail. Perfect for a winter’s evening.
Glass: Copper mug
Ice: Crushed ice
Garnish: Sprig of mint and a lime segment
Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 sprig of mint (strip the leaves off one)
- 25 ml of simple syrup
- 50ml of club soda
- 150ml of non-alcoholic ginger beer
- Ice to serve (crushed if you have it)
Method
- Grab your cocktail shaker and add the lime juice, mint leaves, simple syrup and club soda
- Mix it up and pour over about half a cup of ice
- Add your ginger beer, garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime segment then serve.
