Mix this up for a refreshing and spicy cocktail. Perfect for a winter’s evening.

Glass: Copper mug

Ice: Crushed ice

Garnish: Sprig of mint and a lime segment

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 sprig of mint (strip the leaves off one)
  • 25 ml of simple syrup
  • 50ml of club soda
  • 150ml of non-alcoholic ginger beer
  • Ice to serve (crushed if you have it)

Method

  1. Grab your cocktail shaker and add the lime juice, mint leaves, simple syrup and club soda
  2. Mix it up and pour over about half a cup of ice
  3. Add your ginger beer, garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime segment then serve.
