Its Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) capacity has attracted content producers, researchers, educators, programmers, specialists and generalists from all areas of human knowledge.

What is new in technology, in particular in the area of AI, has provoked good and bad feelings, controversies and discussions.

The most recent would be to use and cite ChatGPT as a Co-author in the production of text, code generation and other derived content.

But, can a machine be considered a Coauthor? If not, the contents and codes generated by ChatGPT and published in full would be legal or illegal.
