2017 Gold Cup Final will be held at Levi’s Stadium in California

I’m very excited to hear that Levi’s stadium will host the 2017 Gold Cup Final. This will be a great opportunity for the Bay Area to witness a soccer tournament final. If successful we can stamp the bay area as a #1 destination for future knock out stage matches. With the Gold Cup played every two years and many other tournaments in the horizon it will be very important for Levi’s stadium to shine as a premier stadium for soccer. Something it has failed to do for its original purpose (being a NFL stadium). So far the CONCACAF see’s its potential and as a Bay Area native, I hope to do my part to make it a successful event.
