Being a change agent, means making changes by first working on new changes within oneself: yourself. You matter, and we all have more than one thing that we struggle with or lack the mindfulness and acceptance. Being aware of something that we are doing whether its wrong or may potentially putting our health (either mental, emotional or physical health) at risk or harm; can definitely mean something and be good to think as good enough.

Being aware when you are doing something wrong or about to put your hands near something hazardous or hot like a hot glue gun, is important to be aware of. Mental health matters and we need to care for ourselves like any other condition. Our brain is such an important part of the human body. And without it, the human body wouldn’t be able to function and overall humans wouldn’t exist. So why aren’t we all taking care of our brain; putting this thought explained above in mind!

We all matter. And we have so many issues, epidemics and many problems in our world and we all are part of society. We should keep in mind to include ourself as part of society.

And that we should play our parts in contributing to breaking down barriers and solving these issues, removing stigmas in the world and creating a better, healthier and positive environment for everyone on earth.
