If it’s anything to speak, it’s this episode of “Date My Dad” though sadly it was canceled: only aired for one full season and wasn’t renewed for a second season. It was a really great show. But anyway, now onto my fave episode of the series.

It really has some great inspiring moments when it comes to the main topic of the episode being around cyber and verbal bullying. One great scene in the episode was when Rosa, the kids grandma using her talent in psychology to be a mediator with the problem with one of her granddaughters and her bully.

Another great moment in the episode was when Mirabel, (the oldest sibling) gave some wise advice from her recent experiences facing bullying herself in the same episode. It was truly inspiring, uplifting and a feel-good moment. I would very highly recommend you find the link or search for it on iTunes or your chosen smartphone brand (Apple, Samsung, Android, etc) and watch it! Because it will inspire great things; like these quote; oops; sorry for the sneak peeks:

  • You cannot control how other people react, you can only control your own behaviour.
  • Cuz if those people who wrote those comments knew you, they would never write those words. It’s easy to hide behind a screen.
  • Let’s make a deal. If someone is making us feel less than, we’re gonna talk it out. And if we see someone getting bullied, we’re gonna do something about it.
  • You know, reading what everyone wrote about me like complete strangers, it made me realize something. There’s always gonna be trolls in the world. There’s always gonna be people that wanna bring you down. But when we’re at our lowest point, that’s when our superpowers kick in. We have the power to rise upon them.
  • There’s no such thing as normal. People can be cruel. It doesn’t mean you have to change for them. You’re already amazing!
  • If anyone tells you different, they are haters.

Think Before You Type: Episode 7

Description: When a boy starts to admire Elisa, the popular girl makes her the laughing stock of the 6th grade; Mirabel quickly understands the downsides of being an Instagram celebrity and Rosa finds her calling as the elementary school’s counselor.
