If something gets your heart racing or gets you like… then that’s good enough a reason to pursue it with more confidence, courage, faith, hope and much else that one needs in order to succeed in life with all that they want in their life!

When these moments arise for you, see it for all it truly is, open your eyes, ears, and brain open enough to see everything as the big picture of things to help you see it as the whole picture. Also allow yourself to believe and act on the fact that inspiration is all around us, we must open our eyes and our brain enough to fully be impacted by doing so.

Never give up on something that you can’t go a day without thinking about. ~ Winston Churchill

It all has to start with one person and will with time turn into a chain reaction that never ends… try it!

“Never doubt that a small group of committed people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” – Margaret Mead

Battleships! – how to fight in the best, healthy & positive ways

Fighting is something that needs to be encouraged. Fighting for the things and life that we want, believe in, passionate for, and much more too.

Wars, Battles, Arguments, Fights:

There are so many times in our world where we find many of us fighting for certain things in reality. But at the right times, it teaches us right from wrong. And throughout life and at different times, we find inspiration to fight for the right things for all the right reasons. Having reasons to fight for something isn’t always the right ones, but the wise and logical ones.

New Decade = New Changes

In the past decade, reasonable and wise things were different. In our decade, that has changed for the better and greater ones. Being wise in reality means doing things that are much about following the rules of life (laws, family and your own rules) but more breaking them as for they aren’t as logical and wise anymore. The world is changing, and so are a bunch of other things and people too. We need to become more aware with realizing that life is different than it used to be years ago.

So many things in the world, have changed:

  • How society believes in Dystopia more than Optimism – which appears to be more popular
  • Wars on every continent
  • Mental health issues – family affair problem
  • Judgments
  • Rules & laws
  • Limitations
  • Government decisions aren’t always fair, wise and logical for everyone – what the government enforces with the school boards – don’t think of everyone in the world that is impacted by them – unprofessional
  • Society
  • Poverty
  • Famine
  • Poor countries (e.g, Haiti, Kenya, Ethiopia, Punta Cana, etc)
  • Obesity
  • Starvation
  • Unstable Governments
  • Overpopulation
  • Water shortages
  • Environmental Collapses
  • Body shaming
  • The way society looks at people and labels them
  • The way society views mentally ill people
  • The stigma with mental health
  • The Broken Mental Health System
  • Failures – setbacks
  • Using bad terms with English vocabulary and not knowing or realizing its offensive to mentally ill people:
  • Depressing – basically saying we are as depressing as anything you say is; don’t
  • Committed suicide – killing ourself is not a crime; don’t
  • Lunatics – we are not defined by our illness(s), we are much more than that!
  • People just letting themselves go

So what are we gonna do to fix them? Write articles online, spread awareness, start a revolution/movement – come up with our own hashtag… The ideas and solutions are endless and permanent.

There are so many problems going on around the world and we need to continue doing “something” about them. We already have many celebs (and other great charities that us fans and regular people take time in our lives to give life to the less fortunate and those in need) supporting and donating their time and money on their chosen charities:

  • Justin Bieber: Pencils Of Promise
  • - Selena Gomez: Make-A-Wish Foundation
  • - Craig & Marc Kielburger – Founders of Free The Children & Me To We
  • - Terry Fox Foundation
  • - Plus many more…

So let’s continue working on these projects to create a better world for the whole population! It will take strength, courage, guts, mental ability and strength, confidence, creativity, power, inspiration, encouragements, music, positivity, happiness, safe environments for both our physical and mental health, optimism (optimists, dreamers), risks and anything else.

Overall Health

Thinking about how our parents and teachers educate us on how to keep a healthy lifestyle with diet and exercise. But one thing I never knew was that mental health is another portion of that. Cyber bullying, poor mental health, lack of self esteem, and the list goes on. Cyber bullying is still out there but I don’t think that enforcing a new law for all citizens of the world to follow is gonna fix or solve the cyberbullying problem entirely at all. We need to get in their heads in some way that they will actually listen to us and tell the bullies to stop or there will be real serious consequences.

Be a change agent. Step up, speak out. You know it is amazing the amount of power you can have! There is nothing more powerful than knowing in your heart that you can do something to bring positivity to change the world!

The most important thing is to always trust in myself. If I have…if I’m doing something because I love it, I should do it because I love it and I believe that I can do it. So she told me to keep going. She taught and told me to turn the other cheek and let the credits, the critics be critics and let us just trust ourselves.

I’m surrounded by people who are supposed to guide me and some of them and others haven’t. They pressure me. There’s so much pressure: you gotta be sexy, you gotta be cute, you gotta be nice, you gotta be all these things. And I’m sure you all can relate. You all have pressure that you have to deal with everyday. I’m sure with school, with work, with friends, with parents, with family. But parents I know sometimes mine.

They tell me what to wear, how to look, what I should say, how I should be. Until recently I had given into that pressure. I lost side of who I was. I listened to opinions of people and I tried to change who I am because I thought that others would accept me for it. And I realized I don’t know how to be anything but myself.

And all I really want you to know is that you are changing the world. I’m not changing the world. You are changing the world and that’s amazing! Please just be kind to each other and love and inspire people because let’s do it. Let’s do it. Let’s change the game. The most important is that we learn and we continue to learn from each other. Please stay true to yourself. Please just remain who you are. And know that we have each other’s back all of us have each other’s back.

I’d be lying if I never tried to make myself better by giving in because I have. But I’ve learned from my actions and for all the things I’ve done, I’m proudest of that. I’ve learned from my mistakes. I want you to know what it’s like, that I know what it’s like. Figuring out what type of friends you have. You are who you surround yourself with. So I just want to say that I hope I inspire each and every one of you to just trust yourselves and to love and to be loved.

Build a community of people who share your passion

  • Stay true to yourself
  • Be yourself

Gift + issue = change

Know what your capable of. Your dreams. When in doubt just take a small step. You probably won’t achieve everything all at once, that is okay. You’ll get there. Step by step. Life is too short to sweat the small stuff. You don’t have to take yourself too seriously and you don’t have to win every argument

Always remember the happiest days of your life so far have been spent helping others. Volunteering at a medical clinic or in an orphanage in Thailand they are the worlds classrooms. You’ve always felt happiness in actions not in things. Find the work, things, people and places that make you happy. Never lose your devotion to learning. And you’ll be okay. Seize every opportunity. Say yes and stop saying no. You are always a student of life. Don’t you joy in the little things?

Celebrate your life and the people who love everyday. Find who have the same vision. Share your passion with them.

Because I’m a girl.

You spend your whole life training to do something and then it’s not worth the risk. What a waste.

Failure is not an option.

Don’t let your history become one of your missed opportunities.

Learn from the past.

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by their colour of their skin but by the content of the character. I have a dream today.” – Martin Luther King Junior

Things that I believe in like reading about causes that I believe in and support like Free The Children. I’ve just started reading it yesterday and continue reading it today at writing quotes from pages, thoughts, etc on stickies on the pages I found them on. Craig Kielburger is such a great and influential role model to me. And has been such a great cause and organization that I’m ever so proud to be a part of as a fan and as a change maker/agent. Organizations, charities and causes like this are so important to me and something I’m passionate about with doing that in result makes me happy, proud, confident and amazing inside. Nothing truly better than that kind of feeling. Anyway, I’ve decided to continue reading: “Free The Children” by Craig Kielburger till the end, then “Me To We: Finding Meaning in a Material World” and then “I Am Malala” as for I’ve been interested, fascinated with these issues, causes, organizations and inspiring role models.

And another hobby I have is creative writing. I love how I can express my thoughts, feelings, experiences, etc. It’s calming, soothing, and a way to express myself without any thoughts of being judged as society is known for. Controlling our lives, who we end up being as a person, and everything else. I also notice that it also helps me really analyze certain things that give me new facts ands things that may not have been visible to me; on top of sharing experiences, struggles with myself: mental helath, overall everything with the Happier community. Which means the world to me.

And as for the medication, I’m still taking 2x27mg of the Concerta for my ADD, Tylenol for cramps during periods, biotin every morning. And for meditation: I start a introduction to mindfullness group offered from the doctors starting October 13th, weekly. And an anxiety and stress management group as well starting October 4th, weekly. And once I finsh my period this month (I’m expecitng it in 2 days), I’ll start taking the birth control to help with my acne, even out my periods (have noticed my period flow isn’t the same, I get less flow in a whole day during the third day and sometimes I think even the 2nd. I only get one cramp lately per monthly menstrual cycle. I used to get 2–3 or so cramps per period cycle. Is this normal/healthy? Is it anything to concern me about my health?

And as for the knowing who I am and loving myself: I’m slowly working on that. I haven’t lost all that work I worked for before early June when this all started, but am working on it more. Reading the Mind Over Mood book: so far read 3 full chapters. And still working on making sure I know who I am, and improving myself. To help me prepare myself being ready for a relationship.

What do you mean by ruling out other mental health conditions?

If you want to do something, do something. Don’t let anything society says or thinks get in the way of your happiness and living your life on your own terms… Screw what society says and thinks that if something doesn’t appear to the mind as “realistic” to not pursue to spend any time following it. But here’s some advice from me, screw society. Be the best version of you and live your life however you choose to.

It’s your life, make anything with your life without letting what society says or thinks change your direction. You are the only one who has the right to control and take charge of your life! Make it yours, make it unique, make it amazing! Make it whatever you want!

We come into this world unknown. But know that we are not alone. They try to knock us down. But change is coming. And it’s our time now. – People Like Us, Kelly Clarkson

Justin Trudeau & His Wife At We Day

We all go through hardship.

As a young kid, as a teenager I separate myself and today were here to see her today were here to really share stories I can inspire I said so many people that have gone through adversity and come out of the first tee with so much strength encourage and humility and here is what I would like to share with you today ask yourself the question how are you when you are alone with yourself and nobody else in the world is watching how do you treat yourself with respect with love with courage.

The way you treat yourself when you’re alone and nobody’s watching is the way that you can transform the relationship that you have with yourself but also with every other person that surrounds you in this world and your capacity to affect change so with all my love as a mother as a wife as a woman I encourage you to really really fostered so much respect and love for yourself because you’re amazing human beings.

And by doing that by doing that and my mother who you are who you are you’re making everything else possible and let me tell you beside me right now at Sam’s and then that I love deeply who also go to use who is the believes that in Canada and everywhere across the world especially in a country like ours better is always possible my husband and your 23rd prime minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau.

I want to start by reminding you of something that each of you deeply no in with something that I said very first vide which is it event like this coming up on stage and talking about the future talking about how you were the future and how you were leaders of tomorrow but I don’t want you guys to think about yourselves as leaders of tomorrow we day is not about you becoming leaders of tomorrow this is about you being leaders today.

Because You do what you say the choices you make will you reach out to your classmates to your friends to your family how you look to have an impact in the world around you shake the community that you’re growing up it is the leadership that you were showing right now whether it’s on the environment or on local issues for on helping out a neighbour or friend you are making an impact on the big challenge that were facing our friends Craig and Mark such an incredible job with over the past years is showing you each and every one of us is powerful and you don’t have to wait until one if you want this and I know at least want to use out there becomes prime minister to make a difference.

We’re in a world right now where it’s so easy to feel like one person can’t make much of a difference where everything seems so big and so beyond each and everyone of us it doesn’t really matter what we choose to do as one person or not to but that’s not true. We day is about showing you that we is powerful that is part of weed is powerful and the ticket either we can change the world that’s what this is about.

How you keep this positive energy throughout the coming weeks and here’s how do you know what you say what you want to change the world.

Tomorrowland

In every moment, there is a possibility of a better future. But you people won’t believe it. And because you won’t believe it, you won’t do what is necessary to make it a reality. So you dwell on this terrible future, you resign yourselves to it. For one reason, because that future isn’t anything of you today. So yes, you saw the ice berg on the titanic, you all just steered for it anyway full steam ahead. Why? Because you want to sink. You gave up. That’s not the monitors fault. That’s yours.

Transmitting it like a feedback thing. It’s a self-fulfilling prophecy that’s coming from right there. It’s not just showing people the end of the world. It’s giving thmr the idea over and over and over again until they just accept it. We still have 58 days to try and change things. But nothing will work as long as that thing (monitor) is still on.

These people, their driven by savagery. What if we told them about this place? Then that would happen here to us. Then nothing will survive.

But it hasn’t happened yet.

Actually it has happened, you just haven’t accepted it.

Well, I don’t accept it.

Cassie, that stuff’s not real. The issue is our future predicting machine says we’re all gonna die.

Cassie: This place has nothing to do with hope. It’s the opposite of hope.

Frank: Don’t say that.

Cassie: Why not? You said it; no wonder you gave up.

Frank: That’s before I knew about you. You really, you really are special.

Cassie: Why do you people keep saying that to me? I’m not. Why did you even give me this? You showed me a place that was amazing and incredible. And it was a lie. If your gonna zap an idea into people’s heads, you should really make sure that it’s the truth. Because you can’t do that. You can’t just zap…

Frank: what?

Cassie: It’s happening in people’s heads. Your piloting the signal, how?

Frank: what?

Cassie: At your house, all your tv’s, doomstay room. You were boosting the feed from that monitor thing. How did you do that?

Frank: It’s not big deal. They were running on so much power through it now, a ham radio could make it up. It’s just a matter of finding the right frequency.

Cassie: You grabbed a signal from another dimension. From a machine here, that means it’s transmitting there. What if it’s not just predicting the future.

Frank: It’s broadcasting it.

Cassie: When I touch this thing, for a few minutes it felt like anything was possible. But then why can’t the opposite happen? What if the monitor is just a giant pin but instead of making you think positive, it makes you think negative. And it convincing the whole world to fed the wrong wolf:

“There are two wolves. And they are always fighting. One is darkness & despair. The other is light & hope. Which wolf wins?”
