Well, you may be thinking or wondering what has someone thinking to have a question or thought like this. Well my answer to that and to this will be answered here.

Being a champion in the basic and normal areas of life like with sports, competitions or even academic activities are a normal expected kind of thing. But when it comes to being a warrior to what many people including Demi Lovato is a living example and her song also, but with also being a champion while living with mental illness; that’s not particularly expected or rather easily and commonly known!

Why is this? Well we can all say: the stigma is a big portion of that. The rest, well it’s complicated, more than many may think. It’s more on the level of education on the subject. And the lacking of empathy, selflessness, maturity and opposite of ignorance that also causes harm in many areas and ways!

Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darkness in other people. ~ Carl Jung
