Healing from pain is a process

The difficult mix of strong emotion and past pain

Many people only see our surface. Inner feelings only we know, so how to face emotions correctly?

We have to understand that healing is a process of acknowledging the pain and make peace with it. You heal from facing the truth. Not making a solution for it, but to sit in the pain to recognize it.

Teaching yourself is the hardest thing to learn and practice. People shut down to face the complex world, and many people have struggles in their inner world. Having certain amount of strong emotions, people tend to turn around and protect themselves. Instead of running away from the feelings, we can start by asking if we are willing to do anything. When we feel pain, we can tell ourselves it is okay to cry, there is no shame of having negative feelings. Express it — it might ease your pain inside.

Keeping a diary is the best way to have a dialogue with ourselves, because by writing about the days, we can communicate with ourselves frankly and relieve our tensions. Check in with ourselves in the morning to see what is our emotions at the time and write about it. It could make you realize what is going on, it makes us hear the inner voice that the society have taught us to keep inside all the time. There are so many tools and ways we can deal with our strong emotions, take time to be with yourselves is the most importantly.

Healing

Everyone will feel pain in times

It will caught you, slow you down

Pain makes you angry

Pain makes you hide in shadows

Pain makes you confused

Stay with the pain

Practice to acknowledge the pain

Use the tools learn to

Express yourself

Forgive yourself

Welcome yourself

Healing is a slow process

Pain are allow

We can get through it

Invite it, accept it
