As experts, we are your watch dogs in the social media environment. We will always work hard to stay on top of industry and platform changes. Managing platforms that we do not personally control is the battle we fight every day for you. Social media is a dynamic industry and we consistently adapt our strategies to keep our customers ahead of other businesses.

Over the past few days, we have found we are still able to maintain a connection to your Twitter account but are unable to push all posts from Facebook to Twitter. Our new posting strategy on Twitter will help your business comply with the newest round of updates so you can continue to market your business to your fans and followers.

Here are the aspects of your Twitter account that OSM is still managing on your behalf:

  • A minimum of 1 personalized Twitter post per week
  • Monitoring mentions and retweets
  • Responding to and notifying you of direct messages
  • Unlimited personal updates as requested
  • Managing Twitter directory listing

For the past few months, we have been beta-testing several products and/or platforms to add to our current packages. Although we were aware of the possible Twitter updates, they were pushed through earlier than expected. This has expedited our roll out process and we hope to share that with everyone in the near future.
