Scaling Mountains & the Business: Reflections from our Founder
Sometimes building a company feels like you’re climbing. Intense focus as you decide which foot to the place where and what handhold to grab to lift yourself up.
Each move is a calculated risk that hopefully gets you higher, but could also send you falling. But at the end of the day, even if you misstep and fall, you need to get back on the wall and keep climbing to reach the top.
And once you reach the top you are so energized that you forget all about the pain that it took to get there and you’re excited to do the next climb — haha. 😂
I fell in love with the sport over the pandemic. It’s my meditation. It’s solving a completely different problem than I do at Social Nature but as I reflect there are many parallels. :) Next year my goal is to climb The Chief in Squamish, BC, Canada! Whoot!
