Personalized Discovery Experience Based on Where You Shop 🍏

We’ve made significant improvements to our matching algorithms on socialnature.com. so that you can easily find better-for-you products to sample at stores near you.

Expanding Social Nature’s Communication Channels 📬

To improve product sampling experience, and in addition to our regular email communication channel, we launched an initial release of a Facebook Messenger integration to evaluate its adoption while keeping users posted on shipment status, reviews and new products. We are also experimenting with SMS as a way to keep connected to community members that expressed interest in that channel.

More Efficient Shipments 🚚

The team has developed improvements to the internal tools that power the integration with our warehouses, to help get natural products to people faster, by doing more efficient batch shipments, across hundreds of campaigns!

Content Management Enhancements 👩‍💻

We’ve made improvements to our internal content management system in order to better support the creation, configuration and editing of our product sampling campaigns so we can scale to new heights!
