Road map of the final concept

The road map explains the idea of how on a broader scale the system would look like and what all services it would offer. The 3 major offerings of the system are:

· Buddy concept

· Workshop and events

· School networking

Activity 1 : Stakeholder Analysis

Stakeholder mapping of the system.
Stakeholder mapping of the system as a co-operative platform
Stakeholder mapping of the system as a capitalist platform

We then jotted down the main actors in the system and mapped out their roles and responsibilities in the system. Also, what do they bring to the system. Further, we tried to understand how would the roles change if the system is capitalist or if it is co-operative.

Activity 2 : UX Blueprint and Storyboard

UX Blue Print

From the road map, we picked 3 key scenarios for the working of the system. From these scenarios we made a story, which represents the journey of Sania, who is visually impaired, through an inclusive school. There are several points of interactions that she has with her peers. The experiences that emerged from these interactions have been mapped.

The experiences involved at each touch point are very different from one another. We see the change in experiences from the day she enters school to her finally making friends and building up on her abilities.
