The annual Chiavari Awards Show (“the Chiavaris” for short) began four years ago with the goal to recognize the incredible talent and achievements of Social Tables employees. This time around, we recognized 32 Social Tables employees (a.k.a. Tablers) across nineteen individual awards and three team awards for their hard work and dedication. The theme this year was the Golden Chiavari and the awards show took place at the Studio Theatre on the last Friday night in August. Tablers took the “All That Glitters is Gold” theme to heart and showed up in their metallic finest.

Our most coveted award, the Company Culture Embodiment Award, or “The Chiavari” as it’s come to be known, is given to a Tabler who embodies our core values, and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Our 2016 winner is our Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Ray Miller. Congratulations to Ray for his incredible accomplishments at Social Tables!

This year’s show also debuted a brand new annual award, The Founder’s Award. The winner of this award is selected for prestigious recognition by our founder and CEO, Dan Berger, for their selfless service and remarkable contributions that set a strong foundation for the future. The 2016 winner Ram Parimi received a standing ovation and warm remarks from his peers as he collected his award.

The remaining individual awards also included recognition for Outstanding Performance in each department, Tabler of the Year for each of our seven core values, and three leadership awards: Rising Star, The Coach and The Village Elder. The three team awards recognized outstanding efforts for team performances and cultural contributions. If you see these Tablers out and about, give them a high five for their well-deserved award!
