SocialRank has implemented a new formula for Engagement Rate. On every profile card, you will now see an updated percentage:
The sum of (Average Retweets + Average Likes) divided by the total # of followers
The sum of (Average Comments + Average Likes) divided by the total # of followers
The updated equation will allow users to gather a more uniform and accurate assessment of their account’s engagement rates.
If you want to use the Engagement Rate sorting option, you will need to refresh your account.
