The past three weeks have been a wild ride. We released SocialRank to the world on February 25th and the response has been amazing. We’ve had thousands of brands use our product and have been listening to all their requests.

Today we add four improvements to SocialRank:

1) Multiple Account Management

The #1 request from brand agencies, when reaching out to us, has been the ability to manage multiple accounts from one login. Logging in and out many times can be very annoying so we built a way to easily manage multiple accounts. Right now you need to log in with one account (can be personal or professional) and when you go to settings you can add more accounts.

If you work at an agency, feel free to reach out to me directly at alex@socialrank.co. If there are pieces to multiple account management missing that you’d like to see, please let me know. I am here to listen!

2) Exporting BF, MVF, MEF to Private/Public Lists

Another highly requested feature has been to export your Best Follower, MVF, and MEF results to private and public lists on Twitter. This way you can use other listening tools to understand what these people are talking about (whereas SocialRank is just telling you who they are). This feature is only for SocialRank Premium users.

3) Verified Accounts

We have added the little blue button to each person who is deserving on your list. It’s a nice little touch and people have asked for it.

4) What Do You Want To Know About Your Followers?

The point of SocialRank is to help brands and individuals find out more information about their followers on Twitter. Michael and I know what we want to know, but we also want to hear about what our users want to know. Now when you get into SocialRank, you’ll have a little live chat on the bottom right called Suggestions. Enter what you want to know, we will log it and if we can technologically do it, we will add it.

SocialRank, right now, is just a layer of information that helps brands and individuals find out more information about the handles that follow them on Twitter. We teased out one way to use that information at launch — surprising and delighting — with six amazing brands (including GoPro, Spotify, Harry’s, theSkimm, Plated, and Cory Vines). We have seen and spoke to a bunch of brands about other ways to use this information. More on that in the next few weeks.
