Here at SocialRank, we want to continue to help users connect with their audience and customize the relationship between the brand and the individual. Through the use of social, international reach can be accomplished by a celebrity or large brand along with the everyday user. To better engage with a follow base, we want our users to understand not only where their following is located, but how they communicate.

A few months ago we added a feature that let you filter by language. This feature allows users to filter fans and audience members through the language used in their personal content and includes the ability to pull from their user language preferences.

The Summary Review will now provide a pie chart with the percentages of the following using each language, giving users a new degree of depth in understanding exactly who is following you or your brand.

This data will be useful for brands to understand how to best interact with their audience. Understanding the way your viewers communicate can allow further personalization of anything from a DM campaign to a special, cultural holiday/current event pushed to only select audience members.

As always, hit us up at hi@socialrank.com if you have any questions, comments, requests, jokes, concerns — we want to hear it all!
