There are an infinite amount of work and jobs no matter what system we are in, so no matter how much work is automated there will still be work to do. What we might need is for work to be automated but the owners of the wealth created to be distributed organically. If you are afraid of you job being automated then perhaps you may like to invest and own the products of that automated labor. We might benefit if we make it easier to distribute ownership of the products of automated labor but in a way that is organic in a way that does not violate anyone’s free will.
