Introducing ‘Conscious ESG’
A newsletter for professionals who are pissed off about ESG
A lot has happened for me over the past 12 months. Many things have come together, and many things are not quite there yet. Much has been accomplished, and yet much is still to be done.
COP27 is coming up in just under a month. Will anything significant come out of it? The more I see of what’s happening under the guise of ‘stopping climate change,’ the more skeptical I become. I sense others are too.
I’ll be publishing a book early next year on what I’ve learned about ESG. The working title is Conscious ESG. I’m going to release a chapter a day for the duration of COP27: starting on November 6th and ending on November 18th. That’s 12 days. I don’t quite have 12 chapters, so maybe I’ll post summaries of the research I’ve completed on some of the days.
On every Monday leading up to and after COP27, I’ll post a summary of what I’m reading, with 3–5 key takeaways from each article.
If you’re in business and ESG is proving to be the bane of your life, you’ll likely find this interesting. You can read about why I’m doing this here:
I hope you’ll consider subscribing. It is a paid newsletter, but the free option gives you access to almost all the content. If it’s not for you, I’d be most grateful if you’d share this with any sustainability professionals you may know. 🙏
Onwards!
