“How can I use SoCo SNP?”
How could SoCo SNP be implemented in the real world? Here’s an example from our white paper.
MM Company urgently needed an accounting director, so it posted its recruitment info through a job search APP. Mike saw the post and decided to share it onto his Facebook. His friend Peggy was looking for a job and saw she was a good fit based on MM’s description; thus, she joined the job search APP and applied for the position. In the job search APP, MM Company saw Peggy’s true past experiences and felt that Peggy met their requirements. Immediately, MM company sent out an invitation to Peggy, and the two sides agreed to an initial online interview. (The job application charged MM 300 SoCo and sent 10 SoCo to Mike for his help introducing Peggy to the employer). After the interview, both parties felt this was a great chance for recruitment. MM then saw the remarks of Natalia, a former colleague listed on Peggy’s resume, and asked him about Peggy’s accomplishments through the APP. Natalia answered MM Company’s five questions (and MM Company paid Natalia 10 SoCo as reward), and the company was satisfied with Natalia’s review of Peggy’s work habits. In conclusion, MM Company found the right employee through the SNP-enabled job search APP, while both Mike and Natalia realized their social assets.
Without SoCo SNP, this job search would have been less rewarding — Mike wouldn’t have had the monetary incentive to forward the job listing, and Natalia wouldn’t have been compensated for his help. MM company could have taken a much longer time and had a less informative perspective of Peggy’s work ethic. And Peggy, of course, could have had a tougher time finding an available job without Mike’s Facebook share. But since SoCo SNP rewards those for using their social assets, the job search process became easier and more comprehensive.
