This blog I will write about some solutions to the problems when we did in the presentation. Everyone wants to have a good performance of their presentation. A good performance will leave a good impression on your audiences. Also, a good performance will give your max confidence in your career life.

But back to the point, the last blog I mentioned the problems that I made in the presentation. For example, no eye contact with your audiences, no body language, put too many words in the PPT, your mind mixes up and so on. Today we focusing on how to make a perfect PPT.

1.Reducing text in your PPT

Did you just move your speaker notes to the PPT? I used to do that. I put every important sentence to the PPT and I just read the PPT when I did the presentation. That is absolutely ridiculous. On the one hand, it is not respect for your audience. On the other hand, audiences will feel confused whether they should pay attention to you or your ppt. They can not get a large quantity of information at the same time. I suggest that you put the keywords on your ppt and setting them at least 30 size-font. It is an easy way to the audience to receive the information that you want to express. Also, that is much more convenience to the audience who want to take notes from your presentation.

2. Putting some vivid picture in your PPT

It is really tedious If you only put some words in your ppt. Maybe some of the audiences will full in sleep if they take a long look at your dull ppt. Using Vivid pictures to decorate your story. it can inspire the audience’s imagination when you are speaking. They forgot the details what you told in the presentation even after a long time. When they review the pictures, they might be recording the key points that you mentioned in the presentation. It helps the audience to keep the memory.

In next blog, we will keep talk how to make a good performance in your presentation. See you next time.
