In our quest for more efficient ways to manage teams and projects, we’ve embarked on designing a tool called SOGAGO, enabling seamless communication and collaboration for team members working remotely. Let’s delve into some key functionalities of this tool.
Feature: Import of unfinished tasks
This feature allows users to import previously unfinished tasks or work into the tool. When users edit these imported tasks, the system provides a convenient functionality to quickly update the task status. Once a task is imported in this manner, only the final status will be displayed in the reports, ignoring all intermediate updates. This makes the reports clearer and more concise. Additionally, users can click to view all processes to see the complete history of the task.
Only task with progress less than 100% are imported.
Report: Display of high-risk tasks
This feature is designed to alert users to upcoming deadlines. When a task’s deadline is approaching and there are fewer than three days remaining, the task will be displayed in the report as a red block. This indicates potential risks associated with these tasks, reminding the team to pay attention and prioritize these tasks to ensure timely completion.
Report: Display of completed tasks
As an additional feature, completed tasks will be displayed in the report as green blocks. This visual cue distinguishes completed tasks from ongoing or pending ones, providing a clear indication of progress within the project.
SOGAGO aims to provide teams with a centralized platform for managing tasks and projects, while helping them communicate and handle tasks more effectively through automation and visualization features. The combination of these functionalities will enable teams to smoothly execute their work and better tackle challenges in task management.
