  1. Transparency — who attests to the size of the reserve and its sources?
  2. Price fluctuation — is the token’s value fixed against one currency, or is it subject to (moderated) price fluctuations?
  3. Redeemability — what are the possibilities of the token’s holder to redeem his possessions?
  4. Interest on the reserve — what happens with the interest?
  5. Ownership and control — who is considered the owner of the currency and is allowed to take part in the decisions made around it?
