Technology and innovation can either be used to enslave and oppress, or help build a safer, fairer, more open and trusted society. Solace is here to push for the latter. Our purpose is to transform DeFi by delivering intelligent and empowering tools for a safe, secure and trusted industry. It is the very reason we exist.

Due to the early stage nature of crypto and the digital asset space, engaging is currently risky. We have a long-term vision on how to derisk many of the early issues and allow you to navigate DeFi in a safe, secure and trusted way. Starting off with coverage products across all major blockchain platforms, we will ultimately push the industry in the direction of efficient flow of risks amongst the users, unlocking the full potential of your money. Solace is not about insurance or coverage products, it’s about providing access to this new technology in a way that is safe, secure, trusted and simple to everyone across the world.

At the core of who we are and what we do are the people of our community. Whether it is a team member, contributor, user, investor, we all have a role to play in this revolution. Solace starts off with a design mindset around the user and develops solutions backwards. The need, idea, and architecture came to life from the user perspective. Solace cherishes this long-term vision and will never sacrifice that for short-term results.

Today, we are making a long-term commitment to adhering to these values, perspective and approach to new and existing users of Open Finance and the crypto space at large. This not to say that we will not iterate, but we will always use these values and foundation as our compass and northstar. We will be strict with this vision but flexible on how we achieve our mission.
