Even though you can’t hear the tic-toc sound, it alarms you by changing your mood when you take the wrong turns. Your thoughts will start to tangle around the pointless matters. Its the point where we lose our concentration and mental health. Hence, filling the plate with happiness and nutrition is a two-way process to reinforce better health and is key in maintaining a biological cycle.

What to eat?

The food industry smuggles a monotonous flavour into our childhood diet and we fail to realize the shadow trap. They portray that healthy foods have unpleasant taste and disgusting in children.
