SolarCoin presents at Horizon 2020 in Brussels, Belgium
SolarCoin has been shortlisted for the Horizon 2020 Blockchain for social good competition.
The Horizon 2020 competition is a big deal. Over 187 teams entered, SolarCoin is one of 24 shortlisted competitors for one of 5 prizes. Each Horizon prize is worth €1m Euro.
A poster was created in A0 format and a presentation was delivered. In addition, a 20-minute session with 3 judges was required. Francois Sonnet, Jean-Gregoire de Xivry, Raphaël Deknop, and Nick Gogerty were in attendance. A lively dinner followed.
According to organizers, results will be announced in late March.
