Indonesia UX Profession Report 2017 is Out!

Hi guys, I know it’s been a couple months since Somia Customer Experience gathered your input regarding UX profession in Indonesia. We’re sorry we’ve been very busy and just got the time to finish the report for you all! We presented what we found in 7 chapters: Demographic, UX Maturity, UX in Organization, UX in Daily Life, Students, Hiring, and Love, Hate, & The Future.

Couple of highlights about the report:

• Indonesia UX Industry are driven by Millennials, They are 79.1% of the UX practitioners!
• Technical skills such as wireframing and prototyping are not among top 3 skills that considered important in the industry.
• There is an increase in proportion in female UX practitioners, even though the industry is still male dominated.
• Companies that put high importance in UX are shifting towards bigger UX team.
• If you are looking about the salary standard, there is interesting distribution we found in the industry.
