What it is and how it works
The Pacific Alliance(PA) was established on April 28, 2011 through the Lima Declaration and thanks to the initiative of Peruvian President Alan Garcia. It was signed by:
- President of Colombia: Juan Manuel Santos Calderón (2010–2018)
- President of Chile: Sebastian Piñera Echenique (2010–2014, 2018-pres)
- President of México: Felipe Calderón Hinojosa (2006–2012)
