Aura Safari is an Italian collective based in Perugia composed by Alessandro Deledda, Andrea Moretti, Lorenzo Lavoratori, Daniele Melloni and Nicholas Iammatteo.
Despite the influence of the Umbria Jazz scene is pretty clear, the band is the expression of several musical backgrounds, generations and influences such as 80’s Boogie, Italo House, Balearic Beats, World Music and of course Jazz Fusion/Funk.
Groovy melodies wisely mixed with acid-house tracks and funky beats. Very interesting!
