La Fine Equipe, the fresh sound of samples

La Fine Équipe is a quartet of French beatmakers, composers, turntablists and musicians of electronic music, bringing together oOgo (Ugo De Angelis), Chomsky (Vincent Leibovitz), Mr. Gib (Mathieu Gibert) and Blanka (Pascal Luvisi). The group was formed through radio shows they host together such as Fine Cuts on Radio campus Paris. They are strongly inspirated by american hip-hop, from artist like J Dilla, Mos Def, Madlib and by the sample culture. They manage to create a very modern sound using vintage songs. Never boring always fresh.
