Nasum, for slaves to the grind

We loved Nasum, we still do. When we read that the lead singer and guitarist Mieszko Talarczyk died in the devastating Asian tsunami of December 2004, such a pang in our hearts. We loved Nasum much more than other grindcore bands, their tigerish fury, their well-produced grind mayhem, fuckin bastard blastbeats, vicious riffs, frantic screams and guttural ferocity. Hints of crust, trash and sludge. Absolutely legendary. Örebro, Sweden, 1992–2004.
