Terry Barr’s Vanity is in the Flannel inspired me to write about my first Record Store Day, April 13, 2019, where I bought my first three albums since the late ’80s.

That year RSD happened to fall on a day when it was just me and the granddaughter, so we got in the car and went to check it out.
