A Little Hell

What if I can’t be all that you need me to be?

For much of the music I’ve listened to throughout my life, the music mattered more than the lyrics. I would talk about how I loved a certain song and how it made me feel happy, but then my friends would tell me it was about a car crash or something. The chord structure, the flow, the sound itself was more important. Perhaps because I was an instrumentalist I never paid attention to lyrics…

The songs we listen to change us. They shape how we feel and what we do. Let’s share stories of how songs shape our world. Let’s share the experience.
