Using the Soniq Referral System
Here’s a quick step-by-step guide on how to use our Referral System.
Referring the users
Step 1: Generate the link
If your Discord ID is, say, “Alice#1234”, here’s what the referral link will look like:
“https://soniqproject.com/referral/?who=Alice#1234”.
If your Discord ID is “Alice Bobkins #1234”, this is what your referral link will look like:
“https://soniqproject.com/referral/?who=Alice%20Bobkins#1234”
Step 2: Send the link
Send the generated link to a Discord user, let’s say Bob#4321 (who isn’t on Soniq Discord yet, but has a Discord account, of course). Bob should fill in his details and click “JOIN”. Once we’ve checked Bob#4321 for authenticity, the Soniq Community Manager your will approve your referral.
Step 3: Expect to be contacted
Once Alice#1234 has earned her first confirmed referral, and she can see her Discord ID on https://soniqproject.com/referral she should DM “@Tomzee#5189” and share her Soniq address that we can send SONIQ to. Don’t expect instantaneous payment, as these things take time.
Step 4: Send more links
The more referrals you send to a wider variety of people, the bigger the chances are that they will join, plus the more SONIQ you’re bound to get, as more people join. Help us go viral and you’ll get a bigger SONIQ reward, not to mention that you’re helping boost SONIQ value by doing this!
Joining Discord via referrals
First and foremost, you need to have a Discord account and be on the Soniq Discord channel in order to refer people.
Step 1: Follow the link
If Alice#1234 sent you (Bob#4321) a referral link, you should follow the link, where you will be prompted to fill in his Discord ID. After this, all Bob#4321 needs to do is click “JOIN” and then click “CONFIRM TO JOIN”. Voila!
Step 2: Enter Discord ID
Once you follow the referral link, you will be prompted to enter your Discord ID (it’s located in the bottom left corner of your Discord interface, as shown on the image above in the text). If your Discord ID is Bob#4321, this is exactly what you need to enter.
Step 3: Click “JOIN”
You’re almost set. Just click “JOIN” and then click “CONFIRM TO JOIN” and voila!
You’re now a valuable member of the Soniq Community.
Pro tip: Introduce yourselves
Bots and scammers are everywhere. We don’t need bots (okay, some Discord bots are cool) and scammers. We need active, cool, sleek members. The more active you are, the more we will be sure that you are a cool person, and not a member of Skynet. We recommend introducing yourself on our brand new #introductions Discord channel.
