SophiaVerse Appoints CEO to Chart Growth for Web3 Decentralized AI Sentience Metaverse

Singapore: Blockchain veteran Logan Ryan Golema (Logan) will assume the position Chief Executive Officer for SophiaVerse, the world’s pioneer immersive metaverse experience dedicated to advancing Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) through the development of Sophia the Robot’s sentience. Following a successful SOPH Token Generation Event (TGE) in July, this move reinforces a commitment to lead the convergence of AI and Web3.
A well-respected Web3 blockchain leader, Logan takes on this pivotal platform development role in SophiaVerse, a partnership between AGI powerhouse SingularityNET and Hanson Robotics, designer of Sophia Robot, the world’s most renowned humanoid robot. From his base in Lisbon, Logan brings a wealth of experience in driving disruptive innovation as a digital economy advocate and a creator of high-performance teams for global fintech enterprises.

With a career spanning blockchain, crypto and distributed networks, Logan’s journey began as a Bitcoin miner in 2010. Prior to immersion in blockchain, Logan built video games and competed professionally in Major League E-Gaming for various FPS games. Logan’s visionary mindset has led him to co-create a Large Code Generation AI ensemble integral to AGI development. Logan is set to elevate the SophiaVerse platform by merging innovative AI tech with immersive gaming to allow users to interact and contribute to Sophia’s AGI.
WEB3 LEADERSHIP
With Ben Goertzel, the pioneer of AGI and Founder of SingularityNET, and David Hanson, the leading designer of humanoid robots like Sophia, the SophiaVerse tech roadmap is ambitious even by Web3 metaverse standards.
Logan notes that the SophiaVerse project is currently “on track to deliver what was proposed in the Whitepaper and stay true to what Dr. Hanson set out to achieve many years ago when he designed his first humanoid.”
Before joining SophiaVerse, Logan spent a decade in various development and management roles, most recently as Head of Development for Partisia Blockchain Applications. In this role, Logan was responsible for competitive positioning and launch strategy in the crypto space, emphasizing trust and accessibility as core value propositions enabling mass adoption. Concurrently, Logan launched Lunargistics, a blockchain-based documentation management platform catering to the aerospace industry.
