Join us to celebrate the SORA ecosystem's remarkable potential through the SORA Kusama two-way bridge campaign, the second phase in our campaign series. This campaign is your gateway to discovering the interoperability between the Kusama Relay chain and the SORA network, enhancing your blockchain experience.

Campaign Overview

• 🏁 Participate via Gleam: here.
• Duration: 3 weeks, from November 27th to December 27th, 2023.
• Prize pool: $30,000 in XOR tokens.
• Maximum reward for participants: $60.

Rewards Distribution

• Follow, retweet, and bridge: $15.
• Liquidity provision for two weeks: $20.
• Liquidity provision for four weeks: $30.

• Reward for crowdloan participation: $10.
• Early bird reward for participation within 48 hours of the campaign start: $5

Campaign Requirements

1. Proof Requirement. Share transaction hashes for liquidity provision tasks.
2. Social Media Post Requirement. You must share the airdrop post on social media (copy to get the link and paste it on your tweet and share) and follow these SORA ecosystem accounts https://t.me/sora_xor, https://twitter.com/sora_xor, https://discord.com/invite/4TXRN6Y4gb, and https://medium.com/sora-xor.

🚨IMPORTANT RULE🚨

• Your actions will ONLY count if performed AFTER the airdrop campaign kick-off. So, keep your eyes on the clock and ensure you’re on the mark!
• Even if the Gleam platform shows your action as completed, it doesn’t guarantee it’s done right or that the reward will be paid. Ensure you follow the guidelines correctly.
• The bridge is a mandatory step that needs to be done to proceed with further steps.

Additionally, you must provide a link as evidence that you shared the airdrop post.

How to Participate: Steps and Guidelines

Step 1: Social Media Engagement

• Follow SORA social media: Follow SORA on X, Telegram, Discord, and Medium.
• Proof of Participation: Submit your usernames as proof of the following on Gleam.

Step 2: Campaign Promotion

• Spread awareness by sharing informative posts about the SORA Kusama Bridge Campaign. Use our unique campaign hashtag #SORAManyChains
• Retweet the campaign announcement.
• Provide links to your post as proof of sharing on Gleam.

Step 3: Buy KSM (in case you don’t have any)

Suppose you don’t own KSM tokens and would like to buy them; in that case, you can do it directly on Fearless Wallet (here’s how to do it), or you can buy KSM anywhere else and send the tokens to your Fearless Wallet account (here’s how to receive tokens to your Fearless Wallet).

Step 4: Bridge KSM Tokens via Polkaswap’s Bridge (MANDATORY STEP)

• Bridging process: Bridge a minimum of $10 KSM tokens from the Kusama Relay Chain to the SORA network using Polkaswap DEX. Be mindful of the network fees (approximately $0.01 Kusama-SORA, ~$2.5 SORA-Kusama).
• Proof of bridging: Copy your transaction IDs as proof and submit them on Gleam.
• You must download browser extension wallets like Fearless Wallet, Polkadot.JS, or any of your favourite Substrate wallets in order to bridge on Polkaswap.
• Reward: $15 for successful bridging.

Tutorial: How to bridge KSM to SORA on Polkaswap

1. On the Polkaswap’s bridge tab, press the settings button (cog).

2. Select Kusama network.

3. Ensure you are bridging in the correct direction — in this case, we are bridging from Kusama to SORA. To change the direction of the bridge, click the directional arrows in the middle of the bridge screen.

4. Input the SORA address where you want to receive your tokens, or open the address book and select one of your accounts/contacts from the list where you want to receive the bridged tokens.

5. with your Kusama account connected and the receiving account selected, choose the KSM token from the asset list and input the number of tokens you want to bridge.

6. Sign the Kusama transaction via a pop-up window from your browser wallet (in our example, we use Fearless Wallet).

There is a 0.0007 KSM tx fee on the Kusama Relay Chain, but there is no XOR tx fee when bridging from the Kusama Relay Chain to the SORA network.

7. Wait for the bridge transaction to complete.

8. When the bridge is completed, you will see a notification indicating your successful transaction.

9. Your KSM is now available in your SORA account!

Step 5: Provide Liquidity (Optional)

• Buy XOR (to pay tx fees): Swap KSM or other tokens for XOR before adding liquidity.

Tutorial: How to swap on Polkaswap.

• Add Liquidity: Contribute to the XOR-KSM pool on Polkaswap with at least $100 ($50 in XOR and $50 in KSM).

Tutorial: How to Provide Liquidity on Polkaswap.

• Duration: Provide liquidity for 2 or 4 weeks at the very least.

Rewards:

$20 for two weeks of liquidity provision

$30 for four weeks of liquidity provision.

🌾 Aside from the campaign reward, you will also earn built-in double rewards in Polkaswap (Fees gained from LP and strategic rewards, also known as farming rewards in Polkaswap).

Step 5: Participate in SORA Polkadot Crowdloan (Optional)

• The SORA Polkadot Parachain Crowdloan Campaign is ongoing; with a Polkadot parachain secured, you will be able to trade DOT and other Polkadot parachain tokens within Polkaswap, making it the interoperable finance hub of the Polkadot/Kusama ecosystem.
• Participate in the SORA Polkadot Crowdloan by contributing DOT for SORA to secure a parachain lease.
• Reward: $10
• 🎁 Contributors will be rewarded 0.1337 gr of synthetic Gold (Kensetsu Gold) for every DOT contributed.

Tutorial: How to participate in SORA Polkadot Crowdloan using the Fearless Wallet mobile app

First and foremost, download the Fearless Wallet mobile app, Polkadot Js, or any of your favourite substrate wallets that allow Polkadot crowdloan contributions.

Ensure you have enough DOT balance; the minimum contribution amount is 5 DOT. With that sorted, navigate to the Crowdloans section at the bottom of the Fearless Wallet interface.

NOTE: Tokens used to participate must be transferable — that is, not locked for any reason, including staking, vesting, and governance — because they will be moved into a module-controlled account generated uniquely for this campaign. More information here.

Then, determine how many tokens you contribute, preview the reward you could receive and the leasing period, and more information, such as the amount raised by the project and the time left to contribute.

The SORA Polkadot Crowdloan should now appear in the “Your contributions” section of the Crowdloan screen on Fearless Wallet.

Share the crowdloan transaction ID on Gleam to qualify for this task’s rewards.

Receive an additional $5 bonus for completing tasks within the first 48 hours of the campaign.
