“A fly walks across the screen. Leaves part to reveal content. This is a playfully animated site about plant care for people who are not good with plants. Turn the lights on and off for #9, a plant that ‘can tolerate darkness.’”

Karen Chow / UX Designer

"I had a ‘wow’ moment when I realized I could click on the items to shop. I like that the design of the purchase page is clean in contrast to the artistic homepage.”

Masahiro Naruse / Art Director

“There’s a lot going on here, but it works. The visuals on the homepage, which are created from images in their portfolio, change when you click. The page-loading animation is a little guy hula-hooping or opening up like a nesting doll. The filters on the Work page make it easy to find what you’re looking for.”

Tova Wahlin / Marketing Manager
