You told me once a lifetime ago,”Take the silvered moon from the sky and though the edges may be sharp, you won’t be able to wipe the stardust from your fingertips,I promise it will be worth it to hold the moon” — Ariana

A wee hour notification,
An insomniac finding sleep
after days,
Sensed parachuting of
some golden words in the inbox
Had no mood to check,

How some people think its
always their way,
Showing no respect
for other’s views,

One strong, no-nonsense
entity, the reason for all
endearment,
Other a stealer with locution,

One enervated with all the public
scrutiny in the name of literature,
Knowing, self at the centre of
every dot the pen puts on paper,

Inane, blinded, sycophantic
hyperboles

Disrupting the peace abode
Created over a heap of struggles…..

Boundaries are needed and to
be respected,
Even by people who achieve
ticket-less entry —

Minds homogenous —
Dogged,unyielding,
Dropping disrespect like
Hot potatoes

Walk parallel
like railway tracks,
shouldering the burden of
travelling populace
reaching them to their destination —
Slightly losing theirs,
Song mellowed in dissonance,
Riding the high tide of expectations…

Vinification fermented,
Effluviates,
Belike gives the first hint
of wine touched by the sparkle,
for the world to delectate,

Vintage have its own manifest
Over time and technology,
Time-tested, full proof,

Adventurous minds seeking
Past and future,
Looking for that flesh,
which churns euphoria,
All for humanity and healing,

Cloud drops letter waiting to be answered,
Meanwhile, imaginary walks and fodder for poetry continues……

Note:To strong minds who don’t shade their natural skin to achieve their goals. They can be a hare or a tortoise, fast or slow ,but reach their destination un-compromised.

And here’s tagging some very strong minds I interact with, whom I also call my friend Trista Signe Ainsworth Gurpreet Dhariwal Suma Narayan Ali Sujona Chatterjee

Along with Cara J. Jaye whom I found writing this straight-from-the-gut piece, which I couldn’t help but share:

And, a beautiful poetry from T.J. Hübner about his journey as a care giver:

It is always a pleasure to have you all around to engage, converse and enrich,Thank you!
