Figuring Out Who You Are

In a world riddled with images of who you should be, what you should be and how you should be it’s no surprise that most people have no idea who they authentically are. The sad part is they don’t even know that they don’t know. They think the person they show up as is who they truly are.

Who are you?

One of the most challenge aspects of navigating life is figuring out who you are. It’s shedding the outside influences, as well as the internal and external expectations. It’s letting go of who you think you should be, what you think you should have and how you think you should act. It’s stripping away what has been put in place to accommodate, please and fit in. It’s unapologetically being who you are regardless of what others may say, think or feel about it.

The truth is you don’t need anyone else’s approval or validation to live your life; no one does. Take the time to find out who you are and when you find out remember, you are who you are and that always has been and always will be enough.
