True Strength Isn’t Physical, It’s Mental

If you want to build strength start with your mind and not your muscles.

Whether it’s the strength to lift something, the strength to get through something or the strength to walk away; ultimately the muscle is first cultivated in your mind. The physical results come after; they are secondary.

Mental toughness is underrated. Significant changes and accomplishments are only achieved with mental tenacity.

If you’re not mentally strong any results obtained will be subpar and temporary.
