The Twilight Zone. You’ve probably heard of this mind-bending series at some point, especially if you’re a sci-fi enthusiast. The show first aired in 1959, which is very fitting considering the 1950s was a time when science fiction as a film genre had risen to unprecedented heights.

There are four series of The Twilight Zone (with the latter three being produced in 1985, 2002 and 2019 respectively). The original and classic series was created and mostly written by Rod Serling — a writer whom I’ve written about extensively and view as someone who was way ahead of his time:
