I do wonder, sometimes
About the blood, sweat and tears
The words, cries, weapons and fears
Seen and felt, digested and experienced
At a point in time unknown to us, yet so often
Spoken about, endlessly roaming in my mind
Are thoughts — hoping — yearning
I could get a few seconds of a sneak peek trailer
Of a world known to people I’ll never meet
Did we ever really inhabit the same world?
And yes, there is something magical
In knowing I, and you, share a world
Having existed many, many, many moons ago.

Thank you for reading.💗
