It always felt a bit surreal to me
To think that each one of us
Watches the same moon
From different points of the world
This minuscule speck in our universe
Comprising of so many different angles
From which to view the Queen of the night
The very symbol lovers love to promise they’ll be watching
While thinking of one another
And how the same ball of immeasurable energy
Has been seen by every face…
